About Us
In 2016, as father and son, with over 80 years’ experience, we started Plumlink Plumbing Supplies to disrupt the overpriced and outdated models of merchants. We wanted to offer customers the benefit of in store service with online pricing, without the need to compromise on quality.
We want to maintain the family focus for the company, we choose our staff carefully, and instilled into them our core values: Integrity, accountability, respect, diligence and teamwork.
We opened our doors in Havant, empowered by a great team and loyal customers, and two years later opened a second branch in Southsea. Throughout COVID when many merchants closed, we navigated our way through it with skeleton staff to ensure essential workers could access the materials they needed. In 2023 we welcomed APHS in Kent, a business of 20 years’ experience into our company, driving our growth making us one of the largest, truly independent merchants in the UK.
We continue to strive for growth and are always looking for new opportunities to enhance the Plumlink family and bring greater savings to our customers across a greater area.
